Approach
Planning first. Then the creative work that makes it real.
We start by understanding what you are trying to change. Then we connect the thinking, creative work and delivery needed to move it forward.
The planning sequence
Four steps, one direction.
Understand the situation
We listen, review what already exists and look at the market and the people you serve.
Decisions we make together
- Which audience matters most at this stage of the business
- What the current brand, website and marketing already do well
- What is realistic with the time and budget available
You receive A short summary of what is working, what is missing and the decision that matters most right now.
Choose a direction
We compare the options and recommend one, with the reasons behind it.
Decisions we make together
- What to do first, and what can wait
- Which disciplines the project actually needs
- Which measures will show whether it is working
You receive A written direction: priorities, sequence, budget frame and how progress will be measured.
Make it tangible
Design, production, development and campaigns, built from the direction rather than from scratch.
Decisions we make together
- How the idea looks, sounds and behaves in each place people meet it
- Which production methods, formats and suppliers fit the brief
- What has to be tested before launch
You receive Finished work you can use: identity, materials, website, content or campaign, with files and guidance for your team.
Learn and refine
We look at what happened against the measures we set, and adjust.
Decisions we make together
- What to keep, change or stop
- Where the next hour or dollar is best spent
- Whether the direction itself needs to change
You receive A review of results and a short list of next improvements, so the next round starts from evidence.
Green marketing and community
Responsible growth, explained through decisions.
Green marketing and green advertising are part of our expertise. We help clients communicate environmental commitments responsibly: aligning claims with the evidence available, choosing production methods thoughtfully, and explaining limits as clearly as achievements.
Not every client is a green business and not every project is about sustainability. When environmental or community commitments are part of the story, we make sure what is said can be supported.
-
Claims that match the evidence
We help you say specific, checkable things about your environmental commitments and leave out what cannot be supported. Vague words such as “eco-friendly” are replaced by facts and a clear explanation of how they were measured.
-
Production choices made early
Materials, print quantities, formats and suppliers are discussed while choices still make a difference, not after the files are final.
-
Lighter digital work
Efficient pages and media load faster and transfer less data. We build that way by default, and we do not attach carbon figures to work we have not measured.
-
Community in practice
Understanding the people a project serves and making participation easier: the language they speak, where they are, how they find information and what makes it accessible.
Examples
- Saying only what you can support: an AUM concept study on building an environmental claims ladder before designing anything. Concept work, not a client project.
- Short-form video for a tax practice: speaking to a Spanish-speaking audience in Spanish, so the information reaches the people it is for.
Entrepreneurs
Guidance for people building something new.
Within Strategy and Consulting, we help entrepreneurs turn an idea into a workable concept: business development, plans and pitch support, launch planning, and preparation for funding opportunities.
We guide entrepreneurs through potential loan and grant opportunities and preparation. We do not work directly with banks or funding institutions. We recommend consulting legal and tax professionals when making funding decisions. Approval remains with the provider.
